I want to warn people that play the treasure hunter slot from hype casino.
I have a problem with that game.
I had a feature (free spins) in the game which should pay me more than 11500 credits.
I only got about 7000 credits.
They are working on a solution right now ( they say that at least ).
I have made screenpictures of it.
I hope they will solv this problem.
So to all the people who play the slots there , watch the pay out of every feature (free spins) you get.
If you win 1000 on 1 spin you you wil get about 4 or 500 credits and not the 1000.

Rave, Did they credit you your missing credits. I had the same thing happen to me but wasnt sure if they would credit my cause I couldnt get a screen shot. I would love to get my missing credits it was well over 500.00 worths. I love this casino it did take forever to get my withdrawls but I did get them and I won well over 3000.00 all starting with the free 10.00. I wish there payouts were faster but other than that I do love the games.
Maybe the manger could look at my account and see about crediting my missing credits. I know they can tell from the account history what was won and what was paid. If you can my account number is hyp75968896. Thanks Tanya Aguilar

So what is happening with the difficulties that some are having. I posted my issue Sept 29 and it is now Oct 8 and still have the same problems. Doesn't seem to be any solutions or expalanations listed anywhere to explain what is happening to some of us.

When I first started downloading Hype Casino (weeks ago) I had lovely brown hair. Now it's GREY!!!
Everything goes OK, until the casino starts to run, and then I get "Checking for New Games" and it just sticks at that. I haven't even managed to register yet.
I've got Windows XP, and I can't fathom out why it's not downloading. It's so annoying, because the games look so different from any others I've seen, and I'm dying to give it a go.
(P.S. It's possible I just need to use some more hair dye!)
