i have done all the right things but nothing happens. i get a circle with a line thru it. i know you all think i'm nuts. I am computer literate, I worked for INTEL for 20 years, and something is wrong.

Try cleaning your cookies and temporary internet files,
then re boot you computer, log on and try again.
