breng63 here...using brittm83 (daughter) cause I cant get logged in here...anyway...I tried again this morning...same problem exists...downloads, installs...when I click on icon to open...black screen, then screen appears like its running in safe mode...goes away back to normal screen...but no casino. I'm hoping this information we post is helping get the problem resolved....I realize hundreds of people are not having this problem and its isolated to a number of us...but not sure why..hopefully it will get fixed soon!

Read on another forum that the free offer had now expired - hope this is not true.
We should really get extra for having to try to download so many times!!

I got the casino downloaded and even deposited once now it says my password is wrong and it wont let me loggin!

DEB123, This 1 is not where u pick password.. Go back and check activation email..
You cant pick a password when u download this 1, but you can change to whatever you want after login

I just found out that you can not switch between fun and real accounts if you open a real account first. You have to open a fun account separatly because the system has no "downgrade play"

HI David, I'm Still trying to download. I have made progress. I actually get into the casino and download through the table games.. Then program freezes.. I am running gateway computer with windows 2000 and IE6. Any suggestions. I would still like to try your games.

Hi, still cant get this software up and running. The download goes fine, the install is the problem. I keep getting the same message, "There is no association for this file" C:\...\ApplicationData\Hype\Uninstall.cmd I have tried to create an association several times following the directions in My Computer Help, but still no go!!! ANY SUGGESTIONS OR HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
