Today is hubby's Birthday, so far today, I've made biscuits from scratch and country sausage gravy for brunch and I'm starting now on slow roasting a 6 lb pork loin with vegetables and then I'll make an apple cobbler.
Then I'll churn a batch of vanilla ice cream.......
That's where I draw the line. Blue Bell Ice cream is better anyway.

I am finally enjoying the beautiful day outside. It has either been too hot or too wet. Hope everyone is enjoying this wonderful day.

Also, can I come over for dinner sometime?

Sure, "Come and get it"., but be warned, I'll fatten you up. Like most Southern cooks, I believe in using plenty of butter, bacon, deep fried everything and ice cream on all desserts.
Nothing shows love like a table full of great food.
