Everytime I have attempted to contact live chat, it always come up to send an email message. I have done this and still nothing.

I had that problem at first but that was evening time, try doing it in the morning or afternoon you may get ahold of them then thats what I did..

Corabets, don't think it's just you, I spoke with Live Chat (her name was Jennifer) and she said she was going to credit the bonus for me and it should be in my account in about 10 minutes. That was Wednesday night. I still haven't gotten it and when I go to live chat now it's just the email message.
So I don't know why some have gotten it right away when they asked and some got it in 24hrs but I haven't received it!

I think its prob because this is a new casino and I imagine they are having major registrations for real accounts so give it some more time for all of the monies to be credited to new players, I'm sure you will get the free 10..
